I'm Wapiti Azalea Monika Zgalin, founder of the Crystal Kingdom School.

For over thirty years, I've worked with crystals, meditation, and inner development, guiding people toward clearer insight, deeper presence, and a wisdom that comes from lived experience, not just theory.

But it wasn't always this way. Before crystals, I was finishing a degree in economics and tourism. I was an athlete, I competed for my country, and hiked mountains. If you'd told me then that I'd spend my life teaching about crystals, I would have laughed.

It started just after the war in Croatia. I was traveling in France, doing humanitarian work, when something in me began to shift. A single thought kept returning, quiet but insistent, refusing to leave: buy crystals. It made no sense, but it wouldn't stop. I had never had any interest in crystals. I didn't understand where it was coming from. But it grew louder, and I couldn't ignore it.

That pull eventually led me to a spiritual community in the Swiss mountains, and then to Paris, where I found myself walking into a crystal wholesaler through the back door, and left with about forty kilograms of raw crystals.

What happened once I got them home changed the direction of my entire life. That part of the story, I save for the school itself, I tell it, in my own voice, in the very first lesson. It belongs there, not here.

​

What I can tell you is this: not long after, my closest friends asked me to teach them everything I had learned. I was terrified, I didn't see myself as a teacher, especially to people older than me. I remember sitting under a tree in a park in Zagreb, looking at two paths in front of me: finish my degree and find an ordinary job, or take the frightening, uncertain path of teaching what I now knew. The safe path scared me more than the unknown one. So I accepted my friends' invitation, and taught my first seminar to about twenty people.

From there, it grew, one city, then another, teaching once a month while working as a therapist. I later found Katrina Raphaell's books and felt an enormous relief: an outside confirmation of everything that had already come through me. Over time, I became just as interested in the science of crystals and the energetic body as I was in the mystical side, and I've spent years since trying to hold both, honestly, without pretending one cancels out the other.

​​​​​​​​Since 2004, I've been a citizen of Damanhur, the Federation of Spiritual Communities in Italy, a center known for its Temples of Humankind and its research into consciousness, esoteric traditions, and collective evolution. Living within an intentional community for those years shaped me as much as any single teaching did: it demanded a level of social and relational skill you simply don't develop living alone.

​

I'm also part of Damanhur's Oracle path, a discipline rooted in deep spiritual research that deepened my understanding of soul memory and intuitive development far beyond theory. Since 2016, I've taught within Damanhur's own academy, leading courses in Past Life Research, a method unique to Damanhur, unlike any other approach to past life work I've encountered.

​In 2020, I founded the Crystal Kingdom School, bringing together decades of experience in vibrational medicine, crystal therapy, and transformational practice, now offered both online and in person, accredited internationally.

​

Today, I live in Norway. Thirty years after that first strange, insistent voice, I'm still doing the same work: helping people awaken their own inner perception and connect with the healing intelligence of crystals.

​

I'm pragmatic by nature, the kind of person who questions things carefully before trusting them. But I trust that younger version of myself completely, the one who listened to a voice she didn't understand and followed it anyway. Everything I teach in this school comes from her courage, and from the thirty years that followed.​​​​​​​ ​​
