These terms apply when you use www.crystalkingdom.org, enroll in a Crystal Kingdom School course, or buy a crystal kit from us. By enrolling or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our courses
Our courses are online programs in crystal healing, delivered through our course platform, Teachable. Each course includes video lessons, written materials, guided practices and quizzes, as described on the course page.
You need a stable internet connection and a device that can play video. No previous experience with crystals is needed unless the course page says otherwise.
We may improve, update or reorganize course content over time. If we do, the course will keep the same overall value and learning goals.
3. Enrollment and access
When your payment is completed, you receive access to the course through Teachable.
Access is personal. Your login is for you only and may not be shared with anyone else.
Courses come with lifetime access, which means access for as long as the course is offered by Crystal Kingdom School. If we ever stop offering a course, we will give you reasonable notice so you can download the materials you are allowed to keep.
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the course page and include VAT where it applies. Payments are processed securely by Teachable and its payment partners.
You can pay in full, or in monthly payments where this option is offered. If you choose monthly payments, you agree to pay all instalments. If a payment fails and is not completed, your access may be paused until the payment is made.
Special or founding prices are valid only for the period or number of places stated on the course page.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your course within 14 days of enrolling, for any reason, and we will refund you in full. The details are on our Refund Policy page.
6. Certificates
To receive your certificate, you must complete all modules and quizzes of the course. Level 1 certificates are accredited by the International Association of Therapists (IAOTH).
The certificate confirms that you have completed our training. It is not a medical qualification and does not give the right to diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions. Any rules about practising professionally depend on the laws of your own country, and it is your responsibility to follow them.
7. Crystal kits
The practices in our courses are done with crystals, so you will need crystals to take part in them. You don't have to buy them from us: you can use crystals you already have, or buy them wherever you like. Each course explains which crystals you need.
For your convenience, we also offer crystal kits, sold separately from the courses.
Kits are shipped from Norway. Delivery usually takes about 7 to 10 days within Europe and up to about a month to other countries, such as the USA. Shipping costs are shown when you order.
For orders outside Norway, customs duties, import VAT or fees in your country may apply. These are paid by the buyer.
Because crystals are natural, each piece is unique and may differ slightly in color, shape and size from the photos.
You can return a kit within 14 days of receiving it, as described on our Refund Policy page. If your kit arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will find a solution with you.
8. Health disclaimer
Crystal Kingdom School offers vibrational and spiritual teachings for personal growth. Our courses are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment. You take part in all practices and meditations at your own responsibility, and you are always free to adapt or stop any practice. Please read our full Disclaimer page before you begin.
9. Intellectual property
All course content, including videos, audio, texts, PDFs, images, charts, the Star of Balance method and its materials, belongs to Crystal Kingdom School and Monika Zgalin (Wapiti Azalea).
You may use the materials for your own personal learning and practice. You may not copy, record, share, resell, publish or teach the course content, or use it to create your own courses, without our written permission.
10. Respectful use
We ask all students to communicate respectfully with us and with other students in any community space we offer. We may remove access, without refund, if someone shares their login, distributes our content, or behaves abusively.
11. Limitation of liability
We put great care into our teaching. However, we cannot guarantee specific personal, spiritual or professional results, as these depend on each person's own practice. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from the use of our courses or website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to you is the one published on this page on the day you enrolled or placed your order.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [school email], and we will do our best to find a solution with you.
If we cannot agree, consumers can ask the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet, www.forbrukerradet.no) for help with mediation. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your own country still apply.
